Dr. Randy Lindgren specializes in structural placement rather than superficial filling. By placing filler deep along the bone, we create lift and support rather than volume. Results are natural looking, defined, longer-lasting, and never puffy or overfilled.

Puffiness is typically the result of superficial placement and/or overuse of product. Filler placed too close to the skin can attract water, expand, and blur natural contours. Our approach avoids this entirely by focusing on deep, precise placement and minimal product.

Dermal fillers start at $1,200 per syringe. Our Nonsurgical facelift and facial balancing procedures typically require 3-4 syringes minimum. We recommend a consultation to give accurate pricing estimates on our treatments as they can vary based on the the scope of the work and complexity of the case.

For facial procedures, most patients invest between $5,000–$15,000 depending on the areas treated and the level of correction/enhancement required for their desired result. Special pricing may be available depending on the scope of the treatments being performed during your appointment.

At our practice, we don't just inject fillers under the skin or in the soft tissue, we specialize in injections placed on the bone or deep within the facial architecture to lift the face, create strong definition that looks natural, and avoid complications such as migration and puffiness. 

Filler is highly technique-dependent. Lower-cost treatments are often performed by non-physician providers, and usually done by injecting underneath the skin or in the soft tissue, adding volume rather than creating structure, which can lead to puffiness, migration, and the need for correction.

We are not a discount med spa, and these services can be found for cheaper prices and sometimes have good results. The majority of the fillers we use last about two years on average, depending on the area treated, product used, and individual metabolism. Structural, deep placement often allows for more stable, longer-lasting results.

When filler is placed strategically, less product is required over time. Many patients return for annual touch ups to maintained defined and sharp results, but maintenance of results varies by patient preference.

Most patients describe the treatment as very tolerable. We use techniques and products designed to maximize comfort, and the procedure is very well-tolerated without significant discomfort and patients very often report it is much more comfortable then they imagined it.

There is essentially no downtime. Some swelling or minor bruising can occur, but most patients return to work and normal activities immediately.

Results are visible immediately, with improvement over 1–2 weeks as majority of swelling resolves. Full results of dermal fillers will be noticeable when all of the swelling is resolved, which usually is around 3-4 weeks post procedure.
